This study aims to measure the entrepreneurial orientations of Machinery and Mould Manufacturing SME managers/owners in Manisa in terms of the respondents’ demographic characteristics (age, gender, education, number of employees) with a view to the strong potential of Manisa Province in mould manufacturing industry. The study was conducted on SME managers/owners of the firms actively operating in Machinery and Mould Manufacturing sector in Manisa Industrial Zone. The data were collected via survey method. Three main research hypotheses were constructed. According to the findings of the study, younger managers are more likely to have “competitive agressiveness” and to be more “risk-taking” as compared to the older ones; lower educational level managers are significantly more likely to have competitive agressiveness and to be more risktaking; and finally, there is no statistically significant relationship between the number of employees and entrepreneurial orientation subscales.
