The purpose of this study is to determine whether emotional intelligence level of the effect of quit intention. Research was realized applying questionnaire to 147 officers serving in a public enterprise in Kayseri. As a result of the analyses, self-confidence level, one of the levels of the emotional intelligence, (self-awareness, emotional self-regulations, motivation, empathy, social skills) was emerged that it has an interest with the quit intention. This study is significant from the point of to reveal quit intention of emotinal intelligence, expected to lead other studies which will be perfomed.
