The purpose of this research is to emphasize the importance of the impact of training and development activity on the competition policies of organizations as a variable of the human resources management approach. In this study evaluating the effects of training and development activities on the competition policies of organizations as a function of human resources management, a competition policy organizations in terms of human resources training and development function is discussed in the context of the development. In the literature, it is revealed that the harmony between the competition strategies of the organizations and the human resources strategy plays an effective role in the sustainability of the competition for the organizations. Training and development of human resources are critical for organizations to sustain their assets by competing. Organizations' activities towards training and developing human resources provide motivation to produce sustainable competition strategy as well as making organizations strong in competition processes.İn today's competitive conditions, the survival of organizations in their fields of activity depends on their qualified human resources and their ability to hold these resources, on the one hand and the adaptation of Human resources to changing conditions through training and development in order to maintain their competitive features.
