Mustafa Kemal Atatürk has an important place among the world leaders with his adoption of the spirit of national unity and solidarity to the people, his role as a unique commander on the battlefields, being a great politician who established the state, innovations with his revolutionary aspect, his realistic perspective and his forward-looking vision. This study aims to state Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey and one of the world leaders, in terms of all types of intellectual, charismatic, transformative, democratic, autocratic and political leadership. In the study, the achievements of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk in the process of family life, education, military school, military training and duties, the rapid rise of the military reserve and the right decisions taken by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the laying of the foundations of the State of Turkey, the innovations made after the establishment of the Republic of Turkey and the laws enacted were discussed, and then the types of leadership reflected by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s personality and communication characteristics were examined. In the study, the relationship of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s leadership behavior with these types of leadership with each type of leadership was eloborated by providing examples.
