It is quite difficult to determine and meeting the expectations of the shareholder groups reacting against social, economicand legal changes. Despite these difficulties, in the study it was discussed in context of shareholde rtheory, expectations of the shareholders who aret heprimary stakeholders, about the company's financial strategic decisions were tried to be determined. Multi-partner businesses in Isparta province were defined as the study population. As the sample, data swere obtained by selecting multi-partner businesses’ shareholders as it was believed they might represent multi-partner businesses. In study, the data sobtained from survey were analysed with both acceptence/rejection analysend impacts of gender, age group and educational level on results were evaluated and interpreted via crosstables, t test, Mann Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis test. As a result, shareholders support the applications of financial strategic decision that increases the value of the company. Shareholders have a negative expectation against the riskiness of applications financial strategic decisions. Funding strategy impelmentation of financial strategic decisions, shareholders have negative expectation sagainst interest transactions. Shareholders give importance to profitability of the business rather than profit distribution strategy from financial strategic decisions. Improving business image and construction of social facility forthe shareholders, is effective in increasing the commitment of shareholders to business. Shareholders value investment strategy from financial strategicdecisions and if investment is necessary, they support the inverstment in different districts in the same sector. Shareholders have expectations in favor of the preservation of the currentstate of the business depending on investmen tstrategies that are effective in making financial strategic decisions.
