Abstract
Küreselleşme ile birlikte artan rekabet her alanda kendini göstermektedir. Özellikle uluslararası pazarlarda faaliyet gösteren işletmeler, bu zorlu rekabet karşısında en önemli kaynakları arasında olan beşeri sermayeye olan odaklarını büyütmekte ve kalifiye personele ulaşmak adına daha fazla emek ve zaman harcamaktadır. Bu aşamada işletmelerin en büyük yardımcısı kuşkusuz iş arayan ve işvereni bir araya getiren platformlardır. Bu çalışmada söz konusu platformlardan birisi olan kariyer.net web sitesi üzerinden dış ticaret uzmanı mesleğine yönelik iş ilanlarında adaylardan aranan niteliklerin neler olduğu araştırılmıştır. Böylelikle işverenlerin adaylardan talep ettikleri nitelikler belirlenerek başta eğitim kurumları olmak üzere politika yapıcılara öneri getirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, kariyer.net web sitesi üzerinde 10.09.2021 tarihinde Dış Ticaret Uzmanı pozisyonuna yönelik yayında olan toplam 314 ilan araştırmaya dâhil edilerek içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre; en fazla ilan verilen il İstanbul, sektör Kimya, departman ithalat-ihracat departmanı, eğitim durumu lisans, mezun olunan bölüm uluslararası ticaret, deneyim durumu en az 2 yıldır. İş tanımlarında ithalat-ihracat operasyonları süreç yönetimi, lojistik süreç yönetimi ile doküman hazırlama ve takibi başlıkları ilk üç sırada yer almıştır. Temel becerilerde İngilizce dil bilgisi, MS Office programları bilgisi ile dış ticaret ve gümrük mevzuat bilgisi talepleri ağır basarken destekleyici becerilerde ise iletişim, takım çalışması ve analitik düşünme becerisi öne çıkmıştır. Adaylardan sürücü ehliyetine sahip olma, seyahat engeli olmama ve askerlik hizmetini tamamlama gibi niteliklerin arandığı da gözlenmiştir.

Abstract
Increasing competition with globalization shows itself in every field. Especially, businesses operating in international markets increase their focus on human capital, which is among their most important resources, in the face of this tough competition and spend more time and effort to reach qualified personnel. At this stage, the biggest assistant of businesses is undoubtedly the platforms that bring job seekers and employers together. In this study, the qualifications sought from candidates in job postings for the profession of foreign trade specialist on the website Kariyer.net, which is one of the platforms in question, were investigated. Thus, it is aimed to make suggestions to policy makers, especially educational institutions, by determining the qualifications that employers demand from candidates. Within the scope of the study, a total of 314 job advertisements for the position of Foreign Trade Specialist published on the website Kariyer.net on 10.09.2021 were subjected to content analysis. According to the results of the research; the province with the highest number of advertisements is Istanbul, the sector is Chemistry, the department is the import-export department, the education level is undergraduate, the graduated department is international trade, the experience level is at least 2 years. The titles of import-export operations process management, logistics process management and document preparation and follow-up were among the top three job descriptions. While English language knowledge, knowledge of MS Office programs and foreign trade and customs legislation knowledge were dominant in basic skills, communication, teamwork and analytical thinking skills came to the fore in supporting skills. It has also been observed that qualifications such as having a driver's license, not having a travel disability and completing military service are also sought from candidates.
