Abstract
Hile, işletmenin bütününe yayılabilen, bütün işletmelerin en önemli sorunlarından biridir. Küreselleşme ile beraber ise ciddi boyutlara ulaşmıştır. Hile, parasal olarak yapılabileceği gibi, yolsuzluk ve ahlaki olmayan davranışlar olarak işletmenin tüm faaliyetlerinde, iş birimlerinde ve muhasebe kalemlerinde meydana gelebilmektedir. Bu durum da hilenin kontrol edilmesini zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Niğde Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası’na kayıtlı ve bu ilde faaliyet gösteren 57 aile işletmesinin karşılaştıkları hile belirtileri ile ilgili görüşlerinin ve hilelerin önlenmesi için ne gibi önlemler aldıklarının tespit edilmesi amacıyla ankete dayalı yapılan araştırma sonuçlarına yer verilmiştir.

Abstract
Fraud is one of the most important problems of all businesses that can spread throughout the whole business. With globalization, it has reached serious dimensions. The fraud could be occurred in monetary terms as well as corruption and immoral behavior in all activities of the companies, in each department and accounting lines. This situation makes it difficult to control fraud. In this study, The results of the survey based on the survey were included in order to determine the opinions of the 57 family businesses registered to the Niğde Chamber of Commerce and Industry and operating in this province about the signs of fraud they encounter and what measures they take to prevent fraud.
