Abstract

This study examines the impact of counter-productivity work behaviors in organizations, from individual sources to employee energy and innovative tendency. There is no study in the related literature that deals with counter-productivity behaviors together with energy and innovation variables. In addition, it is seen that employee energy and innovative service understanding should be high, and the number of studies dealing with employee behavior in thermal facilities affiliated with the tourism sector is very low. Within the scope of the research, a model was created in the light of the information obtained from secondary data sources and this model was tested with appropriate statistical methods. As a result of the analyses, it was determined that human energy and innovative tendency in employees interact with each other and that these two variables together reduce counter-productivity work behaviors. In the light of these findings, it is suggested that in order for employees to be more productive, intra-organizational practices that increase their energy and their tendency to act innovatively should be included.
