Abstract
İflas ertelemenin yürürlükten kalkmasıyla birlikte işletmeler için konkordato kurumuna başvurma ihtiyacı ortaya çıkmıştır. Konkordato, bir proje sürecini içermekte ve işletmenin borçlarını ödemesinde yeni bir yol olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Projenin uygulama sürecinde, muhasebenin karmaşık dili sebebiyle, özellikle, konkordato alacaklıları ve devlet açısından ayrıntılı ve nitelikli açıklamalar bir ihtiyaç olmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı gündemde olan konkordato kurumunun oluşum sürecine ve nedenlerine değinerek, uygulamacılara ışık tutması için konkordato projesinin detaylı olarak açıklanmasıdır. Çalışmada uygulama olarak, literatüre dayalı, detaylandırılmış proje önerisi kullanılmıştır.

Abstract
Along with the annulment of suspension of bankruptcy, businesses have started to apply to concordatum. Concordatum includes a project process and is a new way for a business to pay its debts. During the implementation process of the project, detailed and quality explanations have become necessary in the eyes of the creditor and state due to the complex nature of the accounting language. The aim of this study was to explain the concordatum project in depth in order to shed light on the enforcers by focusing on the development process and reasons behind the concordatum institution. As a practical sample, a detailed project proposal was used based on the literature.
